Alerts that close properly
An alert is not dismissed, it is resolved: technical problem, doctor called, patient called, ambulance sent, or false alarm — with free-text notes and the resolving clinician’s name against it. That record is what makes an audit survivable.
Caseloads that match your wards
Zones group patients by ward, site or care setting, and clinicians can be restricted to their own. Granular permissions separate who may edit thresholds from who may only look.
Your data, exportable
Full raw data download as CSV, printable reports, and per-patient PDF generation. Nothing about your patients is locked inside our platform.
